Rates
$120 per 50-minute session

Longer sessions may be recommended by Mr. Nagel or requested by a client or a couple.  For example, initial 90-minute sessions for clinical hypnosis and couples therapy are often recommended.  The rates for these extended sessions will be based on the established hourly rate. 

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Will my insurance plan cover substance abuse services?
• Is my preferred therapist covered in my insurance company's network?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is my co-pay per session?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover? 
• What amount will my insurance plan cover per therapy session?
• Does my insurance plan cover Clinical Hypnosis &/or Couples Therapy?

Payment
Cash or check accepted for payment.  Please present valid picture ID for identification & identity theft purposes.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
